 Abstract

 Attitudes play an important role in the life, behaviors, personal and social human thoughts. Psychologists believe that when we change a person's attitude, we can change behavior. Strategies to optimize energy consumption focused on the psychological and sociological consumers in recent decades. These methods are considered along with technical and economic methods. Social marketing can be one of these methods. If you considered energy saving as a behavior, to encourage energy saving in consumer behavior must pay attention to the opinions and change attitudes. In this context, this paper is trying to take advantage of social marketing elements leads to the formation of attitudes and behaviors of consumers.

Building Management System expresses automation and smart grid that installed in a Home and includes a set of equipment, the central controller and transmission media including power lines, telephone, air and RF radio waves. Duty of smart management is monitoring and control of electrical equipment, protection, security and so on according priority is scheduled with Expressed various titles including the Green House, BAS, BACS, BEMS. This systems approach to energy efficiency and a symbol of peace, security and prosperity by the Western societies was raised in the late 70s and rapidly follow-up and implementation.


Relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Entrepreneurship in Entrepreneurial Organizations

 Abstract

 Tourism is one of the most important sectors and factors in economical boom in many countries. High demand in this industry caused to emergence of many small and medium hotels and has provided entering the field of entrepreneurs as managers and owners of these hotels in the tourism industry. Also attention to this point that in various researches, less discussed entrepreneurial topics in these businesses, the importance of addressing this issue has doubled. In this paper, a comparative study of empirical research in the field of entrepreneurship in the tourism industry by looking at the small and medium-sized hotel business is discussed. Also, Effects of entrepreneurial characteristics, issues and problems facing entrepreneurs in the hotel industry and some demographic characteristics are discussed. at the end, presented Suggestions such as policy support from governments, investment and more attention of entrepreneurs and owners of the hotels in new technologies to improve marketing and competitive advantage.


Relationship between Depression and Critical Thinking

 Abstract

 The aim of this study is determine the relationship between depression as a mental health and critical thinking components master students in academic year 2012-2013. The statistical society in this study was all graduate students in curriculum planning at Azad University in Tehran. And Statistical sample sizes according to Krejcie & Morgan table were 181 students that through stratified random sampling were done. The research is descriptive and correlation. In order to measure the variables is used from the General Health Questionnaire Goldberg and California Critical Thinking (B) Form and data obtained by using Pearson correlation test and regression were analysis. Pearson correlation test results showed that between depressions with critical thinking exists positive and significant relationship.

The results showed wind energy in comparison with other sources have much less Environmental consequences. The results showed governments financial support caused to Increase willingness to use these sources of energy.
